A General Partner of the Gideon Hixon Fund since 1990 and co-Managing Partner since 2002, Frank is a Managing Director of Draper Fisher Jurvetson Frontier. He is also a venture partner for Southern Cross Venture Partners (Australia). Previously, Frank was a General Partner of Allen & Buckeridge, a leading Australian venture capital firm with approximately $250 million under management. There he led investments in Hitwise (sold to Experian LSE: EXPN), eKit, Wishlist Holdings and NextGen Gaming.
 
Frank also has extensive operational experience through his roles at Virtual Music Entertainment (sold to NAMCO), Contexture Systems, and Prophecy Development Corporation. He served as an independent director and consultant to YellowPages.com, which he helped guide through its sale in 2004 to SBC Communications and Bell South (both now AT&T, NYSE: T). He was also a director of Cogent Data Technologies through its sale to Adaptec Inc (NASDAQ: ADPT) in 1996.
 
Frank is currently a director of Prolacta Bioscience, eKit (Chairman), Iconix Video, and Our Happy Child Productions. He holds a Master's in Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree cum laude from Harvard University. He is based in Santa Barbara, California.
A General Partner of the Gideon Hixon Fund since 1990 and a co-Managing Partner beginning in 2007, Dylan also manages a diversified portfolio of public and private investments as President of Arden Road Investments. Dylan previously worked as an engineer, first conducting research in combustion and emissions controls at PCI in New Haven, CT, then developing novel technology, designing and building large scale hardware, and blowing stuff up at Hollywood special effects company Reel EFX. Dylan is the author of many technical papers and holds four patents.
 
Dylan is currently a director of ATTAP Technologies in New York City, Magenn Power in Ottawa, Canada, Finkbine Farms in Nevada, and Telaurus Communications in New Jersey. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Levensohn Venture Partners in San Francisco.
 
Dylan holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Yale University. He is a Trustee and member of the Investment Committee for Harvey Mudd College, a member of the Advisory Board of the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, and a Trustee of The Calhoun School. Dylan is based in New York City.
